Accessibility Statement

At Bezalely, Havusha & Co. – Law Offices (The Patent Institute) we believe in providing equal, respectful and accessible service to all visitors, and in particular to people with disabilities. We work to make www.m-patentim.com accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Accessibility Regulations for Services, 5773-2013.

1. Accessibility level

The Site was rebuilt in 2026 with the aim of meeting Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.1 level AA. Work on accessibility is ongoing.

2. Accessibility features

  • Structure: a light, clean theme with a proper heading hierarchy and correct language and text-direction settings for each language.
  • Keyboard navigation: menus, links, buttons and forms can be used with the keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab and Enter).
  • Readability: high contrast between text and background, a readable font and a 17-pixel base text size. You can zoom in the browser (Ctrl and +) without losing content.
  • Forms: light, clearly marked fields with explanatory text and marked required fields.
  • Animations: the animated band at the top of the home page can be paused with a button. Visitors who enabled “reduce motion” on their device see the Site without animations.
  • Mobile devices: the Site is adapted for phones and tablets.
  • Images: most images have alternative text (alt).

3. Known limitations

  • Some older images on the Site, including images that contain text, have alternative text that does not describe all of their content.
  • Embedded YouTube videos do not always have full captions.
  • Third-party services embedded in the Site (YouTube, Calendly, Zoom) are not under our control; their accessibility is the responsibility of their operators.
  • Most of the Site is in Hebrew; only the main pages are available in English and Japanese.

We are working to fix these limitations. If you encounter a difficulty, we will gladly provide the information or service another way – by phone, WhatsApp or in a meeting.
